Great interview!
So far among Emma Holly’s works I have read only “Menage”, and I enjoyed it a lot .
I don’t like vampires, but if I am the winner of this giveaway, I will give this book a try anyway ;)
I don’t really think that people in the US are more wicked then here in Italy. Very likely the opposite can be true, but here the rule is "do what you want but don’t tell anybody".
I am happy this author is translated, and hope it will be a huge hit, so that perhaps Italian publishers can readjust their biased view of the average Italian reader, even if the latest releases by Leggereditore prove that something is already changing.

Great blog, as usual! Great interview and wonderful author! Unfortunately for my wallet, the book is now in my buying list… but perhaps I’ll wait to see who’s the giveaway winner!
