I disappear for few weeks and when I come back who do I discover as a guest? MARY BALOGH! I adore Mary Balogh's books. For me she is the best.
I am perhaps one of the few people who didn't like SLIGHTLY DANGEROUS. I loved Wulf but his novel did not really get me involved.
I adored instead INDESCREET.
I admit I haven't read all of her books and cannot wait for the release of SIMPLY PERFECT.
Many compliments for your career.
Thanks

Great interview, congratulations Maet!
I have really appreciated Mrs Balogh's answers. And I also appreciated her great thoughtfulness towards all readers.
Such thoughtfulness is not something which can be taken for granted, there are so many authors who apparently don’t care about readers...
So, I’m feeling quite embarassed while saying that Mrs. Balogh's novels are not among my favorites. I sincerely hope that she will not be offended by that.
I must admit, though, that I have read only two of them: "A Summer to remember" and "One night for Love". So my point of view of her work is very limited.
However I found these two novels a little too sad, so I wasn't able to feel really involved by them.
Apologies for my poor English.
Best regards and thanks,
Veronica
