Good morning mrs. Balogh, my compliments for your novels, and also for this wonderful interview which allows us to know you better. I have been eagerly waiting for the release of this last novel in a series I'm so deeply fond of. Reading it will be a bit like "coming back home" - this is the feeling I always have when I meet once again the characters from previous novels. I feel like I had always known Wulf, Ranulf and all their siblings, and I'm curious to see how the story of Claudia and the marquess will evolve. I'll be happy to read your new series, all your earlier ones are among my keepers, I have spent so many pleasant hours thanks to them, daydreaming while the characters' stories had me totally enthralled. All my heartfelt wishes of all the best for your career, and thanks a lot for your kindness. Arianna
Thanks to all of you girls for giving us the possibility to meet our favorite authors.

WOW! my favorite author! Mary, I have read all your books but few of the earlier ones wich are nearly impossible to get. I loved them all, in all of them I have found real characters I could identify myself in, so that reading their stories has always been a deeply emotional experience for me.
My fav is "Il sogno di Belle" ( Christmas belle ), even if the one I re-read more often is "Il duca di ghiaccio" ( Slightly dangerous ), it's always cheering me up! And I'm also deeply fond of "Passione proibita" ( Longing ), since it allowed me to discover Wales and its traditions, the language, the music. This is a clear demonstration that romance novels too can lead you to new discoveries!
Also Devil's web, Secrets of the heart, Silent Melody, A summer to remember, Slightly married are among my DIKs.
Some of the questions I'd have asked you have already been asked by other readers, so I have just these ones left:
- are your characters and stories just a product of your creativity, or are they inspired to real people and facts?
- have you ever thought of using Italian charatcers or an Italian setting for any of your books?
Thanks for all the pleasant moments I have spent thanks to your stories, keep going!
Laura
