WOW!!! Mary Balogh!!! What can I say beside that she's my favorite author? I have read almost all Mary 's books which have been tranlsated in Italy so far, unfortunately my poor Englishdopes not allow me to read her novels in their original version... All of them are beautiful, some more than others, like "Il duca di ghiaccio" ( Slightly dangerous ), "Il celebre libertino" ( The notorious rake ), "Perfido intrigo" (Secrets of the heart) , "Indimenticabile" (One night for love), "Signora del suo cuore" ( More than a mistress )..."Sfida all'amore" ( A gift of daisies ) is the only one I didn't like at all. So here's the question I'd like to ask Mrs. Balogh: "How was this book born?" Perhaps this way my curiosity about the only average book in all Mary Balogh's stories will be satisfied...

Hello, I'm so happy tor ead this interview about Mary Balogh which is my favorite of all romance authors ! I loved all her novels, some of them are among my DIKs ( Secrets of the heart - Devil's web - Silent Melody - More than a mistress - The golden rose in the Valentine's anthology ), but I have enjoyed all of them, even some of the less popular ones such as A gift of daisies... I'd like to ask Mrs Balogh a question about "Devil's web", she includes it in the list of the books she loves the least...how is that? Which flaws does she see in it? I have to admit this unsettles me a bit, since I adore this book, as much as I adore all the Web trilogy thanks to this thin thread which links the three books, that is the dramatic and touching lovestory between Madeline e James. How much I loved that book, I have been waiting eight months for its Italian release, I couldn't wait to read it ! Thanks you so much for this Mary, thanks for all the emotions you already gave me and for those you are going to give me in future with your stories.
