I, too, hope my novels will be translated into Italian. That is my dream.

You live in Roma? Yes, I am planning on writing a medieval set there. I haven't reasearched it yet, but I have over 300 books on Italian history, so I don't have to go too far to find something of interest. I also would love to write either one book or a series of books set in Ancient Rome and possibly other Ancient cities in Italy.

You asked if the Borgia's period would inspire me. It might. I have thought about it. I don't feel the connection with the family, though. With the Medici, I did. It was rumored throughout my father's family that we are related to the Medici so very, very long ago. I wish I had the time to research my family tree. I've also been told we had a King in the family. Ah, what a romantic notion.
