Hi Naan I perfectly

Hi Naan

I perfectly understand you distaste for some sheikh heroes. I'm not wild about any romances that concentrate on the "performance" of the male, and loathe any suggestion of women held against their will and over-powered by men who think they're irresistible.

In my first sheikh book, His Desert Rose, the hero is dispossessed, an outsider. Dark, brooding, but honourable and although he kidnaps the heroine, a journalist, it is purely for her own protection. She could have called for help, but she doesn't. She's exactly where she wants to be.

In The Sheikh's Guarded Heart, the hero is a grieving and guilt-wracked widower. He saves Lucy from death and although he has that natural arrogance of the Arab prince, he is gentle and honourable.

The next one up, The Sheikh's Unsuitable Bride -- in the UK and US next January -- Sheikh Zahir is a businessman and playboy whose family are insisting it's long past time when settles down and gives his father a grandson. An arranged marriage based on respect is on the cards. Then he meets a cute red-headed chauffeur and loses his heart. Duty or love? It's a tough one.

Ciao, Liz

No forced sex, no arrogant, wolfish males. Just utterly gorgeous men who will break your heart.
