First I'd like to thank Willa Okati for her kind answers, and Elisa for bringing up this topic!
*You're welcome. Talking about this with all of you has been a lot of fun!
Surely this is not an easy subject, and it can be embarassing, but I think that M/M books can help us to get nearer to a different reality.
*I think you're right. I believe that homosexuality will become more and more commonly accepted in the coming years. I'm just a little ahead of the trend. ;-)
About the F/F failure, I think that this mirrors the attitude society still has towards leasbians.
In my little experience, I can say that, while little by little we are all accepting male omosexuality, many are still censorius and distrustful about female omosexuality, that is still seen as a greater sin.
What do you think?
*I'm not sure. I think it may have to do with women still wanting to read about a big, strong man, instead of two women together. If F/F fiction ever does become popular, I'll be right there writing. I'd love to explore romance between two women.
By the way, I actually did write an F/F once... it's by eXtasy Books, called "Texas Tea". If you're interested. I don't think it sold, but you might find it interesting to look at.
