I have never read anything by Cheryl Holt so far, unfortunately, and I hope her books will be soon translated in Italian since they look very interesting, the two excerpts and especially the one from Double fantasy are really enthralling.

I’d like to ask the author, since she talked about differences between her heroes and heroines, i. e. often her heroes are highborn while heroines are from the lower class, if in her books also the opposite sometimes happens, that is lower-class heroes fall in love with highborn heroines, and if it’s not the case why?

I’m also curious to know how she deals with the historical settings, and if there’s any particular book whose settings required a specific care.
