LOVE SONGS – CANZONI D’AMORE

What’s better than music to talk about love? Only romance novels, perhaps ;-)

Tender and romantic, or funny and witty, sad, passionate, aggressive or sensual.. there are thousands of shades in songs, for thousands of different feelings; videoclips help expressing them so well that often you cannot think of one without the other.

And here we are with the monthly videoclip of one of our favourite love songs. Enjoy !

Cosa c’è di meglio della musica per parlar d’amore? Be’, forse solo un romanzo rosa ;-)

Canzoni tenere e romantiche, oppure buffe e divertenti, tristi o appassionate, aggressive o sensuali… ci sono mille sfumature musicali, per mille sentimenti diversi; ed i video aiutano ad esprimerle, completandole così bene che spesso canzone e video sono tanto collegati tra loro da non riuscire più a pensare all’una senza l’altro.

"Out of Reach" is the most famous song by the British house/R&B vocalist Gabrielle (born Louise Gabrielle Bobb). It is the main ballad from “Bridget Jones's Diary “soundtrack : released as a single in 2001, it was at once a world-wide hit.

Why this video now?, you may ask. Well, Xmas is not far away, and most of us are certainly threatened by Bridget’s sad destiny… being invited to a boring houseparty by our relatives, where the top of excitement will be helping with the gravy preparation or serving appetizers. So this video is for wishing you good luck: may you find under your Xmas tree a present at least as gorgeous as Bridget’s one, i.e. Colin Firth ! ;-)

"Out of Reach" è la canzone più famosa di Gabrielle (il cui vero nome è Louise Gabrielle Bobb), la celebre vocalista inglese di house music / R&B. E’ la ballata intorno a cui ruota la colonna sonora del film “Il diario di bridget Jones”: uscì come singolo nel 2001, contemporaneamente al film, e fu subito un successo mondiale.

Perché questo video proprio ora?, vi chiederete. Be’, Natale non è lontano, e molte di noi certamente temono lo stesso deprimente destino di Bridget… essere invitate ad una noiosa festa a casa di parenti, dove il massimo del divertimento sarà aiutare a preparare la salsina per l’arrosto o servire gli antipasti. Questo video quindi serve per augurare a tutte buona fortuna: che possiate trovare sotto l’albero di Natale un “regalo” splendido quanto quello di Bridget, cioè Colin Firth! ;-)
