Translation comment# 15 (Antonella)

I do not know how to express the feelings this book gave me. I liked the story and it took me, I understood the feelings of the characters, their presenting one to another trying to tell  who they are, to understand the other and themselves, their awareness of love during the course events, but ... well, I was not disturbed  in any way  by the sex scenes if not for the fact that I failed to live them. I read  them but did not participated to them, if I may say the the whole book is like something you read and look from at a distance, without ever feeling  too involved. And  It is  just my impression or the author too watched her characters with a detached eye?
