#50 My compliments to Robin

My compliments to Robin for her books - I read most of them, and I was really impressed by her unique writing, especially by the mesmerizing rhythm of some passages in GABRIEL'S WOMAN.
I'd like to know her opinion about the recent trend in historical romance, whose authors seem to be moving more and more vs. daring erotic scenes and a darker sensuality ( I'm thinking of Anna Campbell, Barbara Pierce, Elizabeth Hoyt... ). Do you think your work could have been a trend-setter, on that respect?
thanks in advance for your answer,
MarchRose

Grazie MarchRose! I’m so glad you enjoyed GABRIEL’S WOMAN. That was the favorite of a dear friend in Spain who recently died. She would have been so thrilled to know that so many readers here have taken him into their hearts.
It would certainly be nice to think that I’ve had that kind of impact on the market. Some people have said I did, but I really don’t know. I’m just glad to see that romance as a genre is growing and accepting elements it did not traditionally embrace.
Baci,
