I hope you enjoy the books. And I hope that there haven't been too many "spoilers" here on the blog that might change your enjoyment of the books.

I loved all of the food I had in Italy. I tried several things I'd never had before, notably cuttlefish (in Venice), which I really liked. I can't recall the name of the soft, warm cheese I ate in Ravenna, but that was one of my favorite "new" things that I ate while in your amazing country. And of course...the WINE!! I love wine, and really enjoyed the variety.

If I were to cast the Gardella movie myself, here is what I would do:

Victoria: Anne Hathaway or Lucy Griffiths

Max: Clive Owen or Robert Downey Jr

Sebastian: Simon Baker

Rockley: Patrick Wilson
